Brockenhurst is a well maintained colonial bungalow with its high roofs, spacious rooms, hard wood floors and fire places. Located in the central hills of Sri Lanka in Nuwara Eliya town, adjoining St Andrews Hotel and shadowed by ‘Pidurutalagala’ mountain range it is few minutes away from Town centre, Golf Club and Victoria Park. Brockenhurst dates back to the early 1900s and was originally built by Philip Falk, a British surveyor. Despite almost century old existence it still retains its original charm and character. The bungalow has been recently classified as a heritage building by the Archeological Department of Sri Lanka, which provides ample testimony to its archeological and historical value.
