Lansiya is being developed as a place where lovers, family, and friends can come together and spend valuable time bonding, playing, and relaxing. lansiya is private and exclusive. The bay has a couple of other exclusive villas, and a small ancient village adjoining it. The beach is considered crowded if there are more than five people on it. The area is still un-spoilt by development, and has an old world charm about it.
